Socks for Father’s Day: Blue Blue Richer or Poorer

Today I opened my mailbox to see my favorite blue package of late (from Say it with a Sock), however, I carried it to my apartment with bittersweet emotions. On the one hand, I’ve loved every moment of receiving this subscription, but on the other, my 3 month subscription duration is over. But I digress….

I opened up my blue package to find a corresponding pair of blue socks with a smattering of colorful geometric triangles. This pair of socks is by the brand Richer Poorer. In comparison to my last two pairs, these are not nearly as wild or cute, but they are most certainly still bright and fun. I like these as a

Yellow Fruit Medley Feat Socks

Today my second shipment came from Say it With a Sock—yay! Having received this package last month, I was so excited to see that beautiful blue package stuffed in my mailbox. I looked for the little arrow on the packing with “release the fun” next to it, and ripped it open.

Since this was my second month receiving the socks, there was no note card this time (just thought I should note that). There was however, a super cute pair of yellow socks inside by a brand called Feat (how appropriate). The socks are really unique, super soft, and have really cute fruits on them (kiwis, pineapples, watermelons, and grapefruits). Since these are definitely fun socks, I could see myself wearing them in the summer with a dress, or in the winter under boots (especially when the rest of my outfit is fall or winter colors).

I had never heard of Feat socks before, so I looked and saw that they are made in Cape Town, South Africa. I also looked at Say it With a Sock’s website and learned that part of their businesses is sourcing cool and beautiful socks from brands around the world! I love that I get to learn about new sock brands, without having to search for them myself. I am so excited to have a pair of socks that I already know everyone is going to ask me about! All in all, I’m super satisfied.

Pink Wave Dot Happy Socks from Say it with a Sock

My first Say it With a Sock sock subscription package came in the mail today, and I couldn’t have been more excited to open it. For starters, the packaging is bright, vibrant, and exciting… I practically raced from the mailbox into my apartment to “delicately” tear it open. There’s even an arrow at the top of the package that shows you where to tear it and “release the fun” (such a cute detail).

The first thing I pulled out of the package was a cute little card from Say it With a Sock, that included my tracking number, the number of months I’d receive the package for, as well as a personalized handwritten message. Then I reached back in and grabbed a beautifully bright pair of pink Happy Socks with black and white squiggles and dots on them! (The squiggles kind of look like bacon, can’t say I’m upset about that.)

The socks are awesome! I mean, who doesn’t love a great pair of Happy Socks?! This pair is the perfect mix of bright, fun, and stylish. I could easily see myself wearing these with pants, skirts, and even a black or white dress to add a pop of fun to my outfit. I’m extremely excited to wear these out and am very satisfied with my Say it With a Sock subscription!
